not expecting you to get through them right away, but these are a handful of tutorials that have helped along the way. I suggest you read all of them, even if you arent into, say, anime/manga-you can use the info for stylization is that a word i dont even, or if you arent into space you can use it for lighting and, well, youre likely to draw at least one night scene in your life so... Check them out!
Im going to be doing more feature things in the future, with topics including lineart, traditional art, making models, pose references and etc.
Obviously none of these tutorials belong to me, and i would add more but i fear it may get too cluttered
I have a collection named "Refs" in which i put all tutorials like this. I suggest you check it out the odd time, because i see a lot of brilliant references on deviantart. There will be character ref sheets in there, but mostly its tutorials, stock images and etc. Its a relatively new collection so above is a majority of whats in there, but as i said, check back. o3o
